WX-6BF喂線機（喂絲機）

    該設備是一個雙流喂絲機，能夠同時將兩卷相同或不同的絲線喂入鋼包中。喂絲機裝備有雙套夾送輥及中間導輥支撐。通過上輥借助于一個氣缸施加壓力。底輥由電機直接驅動。上輥驅動一個編碼器來精確地測量出喂入芯線的長充。在控制臺上的轉換開關允許操作者選擇兩流同時或相繼運行。喂絲速度由控制器來確定，并且將顯示在控制臺上。該裝置監視每流所喂入的長度。達到預先選定的長度則喂絲機自動停止。為了便于安裝/拆卸包芯線，該喂絲機具有前進/后退的移動能力。
設備型式：固定、行走、旋轉等三種。

設備配置：高端（S7--300）、中端（S7--200）、低端（繼電器），三種型式。
The device is a double current wire feeder that can feed two same or different rolls of wire into the ladle at the same time.
The wire feeder device owns double sets of pinch roll and middle guide roll to support,by the upper roll with a cylinder to exert pressure.The lower roll is directly driven by electrical machine.The upper roll accurately measures the length of the feeding core wire by driving a encoder.
The transform switch on the console allows the operator to choose the double current to function at the same time or continuously.
The feeding speed is controlled by the controller,and is shown on the console.The device supervises the feeding length of each current,and it will stop automatically if the length reaches the former setting one.
In order to assemble/disassemble conveniently,the wire feeder has the ability to move forward/backward.
